02.Pricing and availability
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Stock levels are updated in real time, but on rare occasions an item may sell out before we can update the listing. If that happens we'll contact you straight away to refund or substitute.
03.Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send the order-confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline an order — for example, if we suspect fraud, if a price has been listed in error, or if the requested quantity is unreasonable.
04.Promotional codes
Promo codes are subject to the conditions shown when the code is published — including validity dates, minimum spend, and any product or category exclusions. Each code can typically be used once per customer and cannot be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated.

06.Intellectual property
All content on the site — including the Zahra name, logo, photography, and copy — is the property of Zahra Collections or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.
07.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zahra's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
08.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Cairo.
09.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email if you have an account with us.
