Delivery times

Greater Cairo & Alexandria: 3 – 5 business days from dispatch. Other Egyptian governorates: 5 – 7 business days. Remote areas (Sinai, Marsa Alam, the New Valley) may take 1 – 2 days longer.

Order processing

Orders placed before 14:00 (Cairo time) are typically packed and handed to our courier the same day, Sunday through Thursday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays leave the store on the next business day.

Shipping fees

Standard shipping is 80 EGP within Greater Cairo and 120 EGP elsewhere in Egypt. Delivery is complimentary on every order over 2,500 EGP. Fees are calculated at checkout.

Tracking your order

You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp the moment your parcel leaves us. You can also follow the status of any order from your account, under "Orders".

Payment on delivery

Cash on delivery is available everywhere we ship in Egypt. Online payment will be available with courier company.

International orders

We're working on it. For now, we ship within Egypt only — but if you're abroad and have your eye on something specific, message us and we'll see what we can arrange.
