When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, email address, shipping addresses, and order history. If you pay by card, our payment processor handles your card details — we never see or store them.

We use your information to fulfil orders, arrange delivery, send transactional updates (order confirmations, shipping notifications), provide customer support, and — only if you've subscribed — send marketing emails about new arrivals and promotions.

03.Cookies and analytics

06.Marketing preferences

You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by updating your preferences in your account. Transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates) will still be delivered.

07.Data retention and security

We keep order records for as long as required by Egyptian tax and consumer-protection law. Access to your data is limited to staff who need it to do their job, and our infrastructure is protected by industry-standard encryption.

08.Children

Zahra is intended for customers aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
